The dashboard is the opening screen of the Service module. The top of the dashboard shows the number of returns in each status of the returns process:

  1. Authorization: all return requests that need to be approved
  2. Logistics: all returns that have been approved and are being shipped
  3. Processing: all returns that have been received in the returns center and are being processed and dispositioned
  4. Settlement: all returns that have been received and graded and are being completed

In the operations module, only the Logistics and Processing indicators are relevant.

Within each process section, the number of returns is being broken down in sub-statuses in the process.
