Check-in is a function in the operator module to confirm the products and quantity that have been received. Checkin is a function that is executed in the returns center (warehouse) by an operator.

Check-in is possible for returns with the following status:

  1. Logistics/Requested
  2. Logistics/Submitted
  3. Processing/Received

Checkin supports several uses cases:

  1. Confirm the expected products and received quantity
  2. Confirm the expected products and quantity deviations (missing or surplus quantity)
  3. Register unexpected products and received quantity

Checkin action

In the return details, the "Check-in" button is available. Clicking the button puts the return in check-in mode. Check-in the return just requires the click of the "Check-in" button in the "Check-in this return" window.

During check-in it can be required to enter additional product information as defined with check-in surveys (settings).

After check-in the status of the returns can reach the following status:

  1. From Logistics/Requested to Settlement/Requested: the return has been received and is ready for administrative settlement with the customer.
  2. From Logistics/Submitted to Settlement/Requested: the return has been received and is ready for administrative settlement with the customer.
  3. From Processing/Received to Settlement/Requested: the return has been received and is ready for administrative settlement with the customer.
