“Process” is a task that tells the system that the return has been received, unpacked and inspected.
The action is activated from the actions button. It updates the returns status but does not require further information.
After completion of the "Process" task, the status of the return is set to "Settlement Requested", indicating that the Returns Processing process has been completed and the Returns Settlement process has started.
If set up in the integration settings, the system will automatically send a Return Alert to an external system.
