Welcome to the release note for the 31st of May 2018. This release note is to provide you a summary of the various changes, updates and fixes included in the latest update to the 12return returns management system.

This is a minor update that affects the login to the self-service module (customer RMA portal).

Login with Single Sign-On

Single Sign-On is a long existing feature to simplify the login of customers to the self-service portal.

In the old days, SSO required the end-user account to exist in 12Return. With this release, there is no need anymore for the account to exist in 12Retun. The end-user account is created when the customer logs in from the host system with SSO.
