System attributes are 12Return controlled attributes in the different models of the platform.

Categories of system attributes

The following categories are designed to streamline the organisation of system attributes, making them more user-friendly and manageable.

  • Return

  • Order

  • Product

  • Shipment

  • Shipment pickup

  • Customer

  • Package type

Manage a system attribute

You can control system attributes in 3 ways:

  • Label: rename the name of the attribute as it will be visible in the system

  • Placeholder: rename the text in the data field (this can be used as an instruction)

  • Title: rename the name of the help text that appears with the attribute (if applicable)

Further you can use translated versions of each system attribute.
