Check-in a return is supported by the check-in option in the operations module. Typically, this action is executed by a warehouse operator.

The check-in action is visible in the service module with the color yellow. The action cannot be executed in the service module. Clicking the button takes you to the operations module to complete the task (if allowed with your role).

After the check-in step the status of the returns can reach the following status:

  1. From Logistics/Requested to Settlement/Requested: the return has been checked in and is ready for administrative settlement with the customer.
  2. From Logistics/Submitted to Settlement/Requested: the return has been checked in and is ready for administrative settlement with the customer.
