The return received mail is optional and will be automatically sent when the return has been received.

This is the default set up of the return shipping mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.

Title:

Your return {{ ReturnReference }} has been received

Header:

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }}, 

We want to inform you that we have received your return {{ ReturnReference }}.

Footer:

We will now check the products for their condition.
