The return requested mail is optional for return policies with authorization active. The mail will be automatically sent when the return has been created and a manual authorization is needed. The mail will inform customers that the return request will be reviewed.

This is the default set up of the return request mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.

Title: 

Your return request {{ ReturnReference }} will be reviewed

Header:

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }},

We want to inform you that we have received your return request {{ ReturnReference }}.

Footer:

When the return has been authorized you will receive an email to prepare for shipment in the customer portal.
