The return cancelled mail is optional and will be automatically send when the return has been cancelled.

This is the default set up of the mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the the right data for the return.

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }}, 

We want to inform you that we have cancelled your return {{ ReturnReference }}.
