The return created mail is optional for external returns that are created from an external source via the Create Return API. The mail will be automatically sent when the return has been created. The mail will inform customers that the return has been created.

This is the default set up of the return created mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.

Title:

We are waiting for your return {{ ReturnReference }} to arrive

Header:

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }},

We want to inform you that your return {{ ReturnReference }} has been created.

Footer:

We are waiting for the return to arrive.
