TRACK A RETURN
Customers with a user account can track the status of their returns.
After shipping a return the customer can copy a tracking link and save it to their desktop. Clicking the tracking link will open the tracking page for the return. Here the customer sees all details for the return:

Tracking the status happens at 2 levels:
The status of the return in the end-to-end returns process that is managed with 12Return
The status of the shipment at the chosen carrier
