12Return supports different user accounts which can be divided into agent accounts and end-user accounts.

Agent accounts can be set up by administrators. Setting up agent accounts is described in the settings chapter.

End-user accounts can be divided into 2 types. End-user can be agents that have access to the service module. Setting up end-user accounts is described in this chapter.

Customer accounts exist in 2 types:

Customer account (consumers):

Customer accounts are regular end-user accounts that are allowed to create returns in the self-service modules.

Organization account (business):

Organization accounts are part of an organization and are allowed to create returns in the self-service modules for that organization.
