A user record can be updated by selecting a users from the customer menu in the Service Module.

Selecting a users gives access to the user record.

Following updates are possible:

Profile details

By clicking the "Action" button in the profile details window the general user details can be updated.

By clicking the "Disable user" button the user account can be disabled for access to the self-service portal.

Actions

In the action window following actions can be done:

  1. Reset the user password: The customer will receive an email to reset their password

  2. Login to the self-service portal as the customer

Returns

The user record also gives an overview of the most recent returns created by or for the user.
