Create agent account

Agent accounts can be created in the agent menu in the Settings Module.

Agent users exist in 2 types:

  • Merchant administrator

  • Merchant user

You can create new merchant users using the “Create agent account” button. This button will open a new window where you can enter all relevant information.

When you create an agent account you need to assign a role.

Once the agent account has been created you can open the account details. Under the account details you can set up:

  • API clients: create an API key to access the 12Return API
