Users have access to 12Return to create a return. User accounts are needed to create a return in the Advanced Customer Portal.
Users exist in two types:
Consumers
Business users
Accounts can be created in 2 ways. The way end-user accounts can be created and authorized in defined by "User and Access" parameters under a channel (portal).
Consumers
Consumers are end-user accounts (B2C) that can create a return in the Advanced Customer Portal.
End-user accounts can be created in 2 ways:
By an agent in the Service Module
By a user in the Advanced Customer Portal
Business users
Business users are organization accounts (B2B) that can create a return in the Advanced Customer Portal.
Business users are part of an Organization. Organizations can be created by an agent in settings under a channel (portal). Business users are authorized to create a return from a certain location.
Business-user accounts can be created in 2 ways:
By an agent in the Settings Module under channel/organizations
By a business user administrator in the Advanced Customer Portal
