CREATE, SHIP, AND TRACK RETURNS AS A CUSTOMER

Customers can create, ship, and track returns in the customer portal.

Create a return as a customer without a user account: https://demo.returnbird.com/.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • The customer creates a return;
  • Use country The Netherlands;
  • Use return policy Returns / Exchanges;
  • User order number RBOC-101 and postal code 9991AA;
  • The order details will be retrieved from an external order management system;
  • The return is authorized automatically;
  • The customer can directly ship the return in the ship section and download the return label;
  • The customer will receive an email with the return label.

WARRANTY

  • The customer creates a return;
  • Use country The Netherlands;
  • Use return policy Returns / Exchanges;
  • User order number RBOC-101 and postal code 9991AA;
  • The order details will be retrieved from an external order management system;
  • The return is authorized automatically;
  • When the return has been authorized by a support agent, the customer will receive an email with a link to the ship section of the customer portal.

AUTHORIZE RETURNS AS A SUPPORT AGENT

Support agents can authorize and manage Warranty returns in the merchant portal.

On request, we provide you with a personal login to the merchant portal. With this login, you do not have access to the settings module.

RECEIVE RETURNS AS A WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

Warehouse operators can receive and grade returns with Return Dock.

Receive and grade returns as an operator: https://demo.returndock.com

  • Log in and select Return Dock NL;
  • Select inbound - receive and grade to a container;
  • Enter the return reference for the return you have created in the customer portal.

On request, we provide you with a personal login to Return Dock. You can receive and grade returns to containers, view containers, and ship containers. With this login, you do not have access to the settings module.
