The return authorized mail is mandatory for return policies with authorization active. The mail will be automatically sent when the return has been authorized in the backend service module.

The mail will ask customers to ship the return in the customer portal.

This is the default set up of the return authorization mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.
