ACCESS

Access to the hosted portal is supported in multiple ways:

  • No login: Customers can access the portal without a user account.

  • No login with return link: Customers can access the portal with a predefined return link.

  • User Account: Customers can log in to the portal with a regular user account.

  • Organization user account: Customers can log in to the portal with an organization user account.

Return Link

If you don't want to publicly expose the link to the return portal, you can use a specific return link format to send to your customer. This way you can expose the return link while communicating with your customer. For example when you use a support system like Zendesk or Intercom.

User account

Users can log in to the hosted portal in 2 ways:

  • Login with an end-user account

  • Login with Single-Sign-On
