The return rejected mail is optional for return policies with authorization active. The mail will be automatically sent when the return has been rejected. The mail will inform customers that the return request has been rejected.

This is the default set up of the return request mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }},

We want to inform you that we have rejected your return request {{ ReturnReference }} for the following reason:

{{ ReturnRejectReason }}
