The return cancelled mail is optional and will be automatically sent when the return has been cancelled.

This is the default set up of the mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.

Title: 

Your return {{ ReturnReference }} has been cancelled

Header:

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }}, 

We want to inform you that we have cancelled your return {{ ReturnReference }}.

Footer:

In case you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
