The shipment reminder mail is optional and can be sent by an agent manually to remind the customer that a return has not yet been shipped.

This is the default set up of the shipping reminder mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.

Title:

Reminder to ship your return {{ ReturnReference }}

Header:

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }},

We want to remind you that you have not yet shipped your return {{ ReturnReference }}.

Footer:

Please click the link to create a shipment and download the shipping label in the portal: {{ ShipmentApprovedUrl }}
