External Return Connector

Purpose:

BOL Plaza customers can create and ship a return in BOL Plaza. 12Return retrieves the returns for processing in Return Dock.

Setup BOL:

You need to activate the API for Unhandled Return Request.

Setup 12Return:

For each return policy, you can activate the integration. You need to copy the BOL API keys in the settings of the return policy,
