Return Dock is an add-on to a Warehouse Management System for receiving and grading returns.

Containers

Received and Graded products are stored in Containers.

A Container contains products with the same Disposition Type, as defined in Grading Rules. All products in the Container require the same follow-up action, such as restocking, refurbishment, or recycling.

The Container can contain products from multiple returns. Once a Container is full and complete, it can be shipped from Return Dock.

Restock Alert

The Restock Alert is used to integrate with an external system, such as a Warehouse Management System. The Restock Alert is a pre-alert for this system and contains all relevant information about the products in the Container.

The Restock Alert is sent when the Container is shipped in Return Dock.
