Native Zendesk app.

Purpose:

Manage returns in Zendesk Support. With the new app, support agents have a 360 customer view in Zendesk with all relevant data of the active return for the ticket and all returns for the customer.

Features

Create return link

You can create a return link to the Returnbird portal and send it to the customer in the ticket. Customers can create a return with reference to the Zendesk ticket id. The Zendesk ticket id will be stored in the External Reference field of the return.

Return details

You can see the details of the return and navigate to the return details in the Returnbird merchant dashboard.

All returns

You can see an overview of all returns for the customer and navigate to the return details in the Returnbird merchant dashboard.

Setup 12Return

Create API credentials in your Returnbird account. Learn more ...

Setup Zendesk:

Install the app in your Zendesk Support account and add the API credentials from your 12Return account.

  • Title: Name the app the way you like

  • accountName: the name of your 12Return account as in https://accountname.returnbird.com

  • clientIdentifier: as defined in 12Return

  • clientSecret: as defined in 12Return

  • apiKey: as defined in 12Return
