Hosted return portal
Customers can create a controlled return in a Return Portal that is hosted by 12Return. When your customer creates a return, 12Return needs certain data such as product and customer information.
This information can be entered in 12Return in 3 ways:
Entirely manual
Master data in 12Return (such as products and user accounts)
Order data retrieved from your system when the customer creates a return
The 3rd option is supported with an Order Connector integration.
External system
Customers can also create a controlled or external return in your CRM or Order Management system that is connected to the 12Return API. You stay in full control of the design and experience of the customer return journey.
This option is supported with a Create Return API.
