The Support Desk is part of the Merchant Dashboard in Return Bird.

It supports customer support agents in their daily work to get things done. It exists of the following modules:

  • Dashboard

  • Create return

  • Authorize return

  • Settle return

  • Search return

  • Customer 360

Support Desk works with a role-based access control system to specifically give access to each role. Further, it supports getting things done by presenting the agent with the work needed.
