Pickup booking in OPS Control can be used for a carrier service that has been set up with the "Pickup Service" carrier. This carrier can be used to work with any carrier for pickup that doesn't support an integrated appointment scheduler.

In OPS Control, the agent can create a booking and inform the customer by email.

Customer preferences

The agent can see the preferences that the customer has entered.

Logistics details

The agent can see all relevant logistics details.

Appointment

The agent can enter all relevant details for the pickup appointment.

Documents

The agent can upload a relevant document for pickup.
