Support new entry points for your customers. With entry points you offer your customers the possibility to skip different steps at the start of the return process. You can choose between following options.

  • Start the return process by searching for the order: Allow your customers to bypass the selection of country and return type. If you have configured and activated β€œUse Cases” your customer skips them as well.

  • Start the return process by selecting the products to be returned: Offer your customers the option to start direct on the product page, minimizing the number of required steps.

The entry points are represented by unique URL addresses. To generate corresponding links, simply choose the relevant country and return type, and click the "Save entry points" button.

Please copy the generated links to share them directly with your customer or integrate them in your portal. For example, you can include the link to start on the product page in your shop system for the corresponding order in your customer's account. Similarly, you can place the link to start on the order page on your content pages where you explain the return processes to your customer.

For your convenience, a comprehensive list of all configured entry points is provided, allowing you to manage them efficiently. From this overview, you can delete existing entry points or create new ones.

Please note: The generated links for direct entry on the product page contain two placeholders, which are explained below.

  • ORDER_PLACEHOLDER: Please replace this placeholder with your order identifier, such as the order number.

  • ORDER_VALIDATION_PLACEHOLDER (optional): Please replace this placeholder with the validation element you have configured, such as the postal code. If you have not activated a validation element, please remove this part of the link.

With these improved options, you can streamline the return process and provide a seamless experience for your customers.
