By configuring a payment provider, connecting it to a service request option, and enabling service requests at the return level, your customers gain the ability to choose from the pre-configured options for processing instant refunds.

Select the service request

On the additional information page, your customers will find a display of available service request options. From there, they can choose the desired option that you have configured.

Handle the refund

To facilitate instant refunds, your customers utilise an integrated Reveni widget. Within the widget, they must select the appropriate instant refund method, which can be configured in your Reveni account settings. Once the selection is made, it is necessary to accept the refund's terms and conditions before proceeding with the instant refund request.

Upon successful completion of the instant refund process, your customers will receive a confirmation notification. In the event of an error or unsuccessful attempt, we will display a clear error message accompanied by instructions to assist the customer in resolving the issue.

Get information

On the final page, your customers will find comprehensive information regarding the processed instant refund. This includes all the necessary details and relevant information pertaining to the refund.

Additionally, your customers can conveniently access all the information related to their instant refund on the dedicated tracking page.
