You can set up a virtual carrier if you want your customer to organize and pay for the shipping. 12Return will create a barcoded address label for your customer. You can use a virtual carrier to work with any transportation company other than the carrier services that are supported by 12Return.

You can set up a virtual pickup carrier at 3 levels:

General

Parameters that control the use of the carrier service, including if multiple parcels are allowed, if shipping unit dimensions are mandator and who should create the pickup booking.

Instructions

Multi-language instructions that appear in the customer portal and in the "shipment information widget" in the "return shipping mail" (if this widget has been included in the mail body).

Carrier information

These are general parameters about the carrier service. You cannot change these.
