Here is the advised setup for returns that are shipped by UPS:

Returns from Europe - Deliver to UPS (drop-off)

In these countries, we advise using Deliver to UPS Standard as these countries have a dense network of UPS access points:

EU:

  • The Netherlands (1,000 locations)

  • Belgium (900 locations)

  • Germany (2,000 locations)

  • France (4,000 locations)

  • Spain (1,500 locations)

  • Poland (1,200 locations)

Non-EU:

  • United Kingdom (2,800 locations)

Returns from Europe - Deliver to UPS (drop-off) and Pickup by UPS (pickup)

In these countries, we advise using Deliver to UPS Standard and Pickup by UPS Standard as an alternative:

EU:

  • Portugal (140 locations)

  • Denmark (150 locations)

  • Sweden (270 locations)

  • Finland (100 locations)

  • Austria (160 locations)

Non-EU:

  • Norway (38 locations)

  • Switzerland (100 locations)

Returns from Europe - Pickup by UPS (pickup)

In all other European countries, we advise using Pickup by UPS Standard:

EU:

  • Bulgaria

  • Croatia

  • Czech Republic

  • Estonia

  • Greece

  • Hungary

  • Ireland

  • Italy

  • Latvia

  • Lithuania

  • Luxembourg

  • Malta

  • Romania

  • Slovenia

  • Slovakia

Non-EU:

  • Belarus

  • Bosnia and Herzegovina

  • Serbia

Returns from North America - Deliver to UPS (drop-off) and Pickup by UPS (pickup)

In these countries, we advise using Deliver to UPS Express and Pickup by UPS Express;

  • United States (4,400 locations)

  • Canada (1,150 locations)

Returns from the Rest of the World - Pickup by UPS (pickup)

In all other countries, including some European countries, we advise using Pickup by UPS Express.
