Besides tracking links, 12Return also supports automated tracking for all carrier services. Automated tracking can be used for triggering a refund when the return has been handed to the carrier.

Automated tracking is a paid add-on in the Return Bird subscription. Automated tracking can be activated for a return policy.

The return overview in Return Bird includes an "in transit" indicator that will be automatically updated (set to green) based on the tracking notification from the carrier.
