Legal entities support the import of returns from an origin region to another destination region.

Import regions

In the Logistics settings, you can define import regions for 152 countries.

Destination regions

In the Logistics settings, you can define destination regions for 33 countries. These countries are grouped in the following destination regions:

  • European Union (27 countries)

  • United Kingdom

  • Switzerland

  • Norway

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Hong Kong

Legal entities

When you import returns from a country outside the destination region, you need to set up a legal entity for the destination region. You can define the allowed destination regions in the Account/Master Data settings.

In legal entities, you can define the data fields that are required for paperless customs with the carrier.

Destinations

In the Logistics/Destination settings, you can define the destination of your returns center.

Routes

In the Logistics/Routes settings, you can define the carriers in that route. When one country in the Origin region is outside the Destination region and the carrier supports international transportation, a legal entity needs to be linked to that carrier.

Paperless customs

With the above setup, customs clearance by the carrier is supported in a digital way. Paperless customs is supported by the following carriers:

  • DHL Express

  • UPS (coming soon)
