Order Connector
Purpose:
Retrieve the details of an order from Shopware 6 to create a return in the returns portal.
Setup Shopware:
You need to create an "User" in your Shopware 6 backend. Please set up the username and the password for this user. This new user account has to be linked to a role with the necessary permissions.
Setup 12Return:
For each return policy, you can activate the integration. This will be done by our support team.
Please provide the following data to our support team:
URL
Please use your license domain. You can easily find this URL by following these simple steps: Go to Settings -> 'System' -> 'Shopware account'.User name: The entered user name of the created user.
Password: The entered password of the created user.
Additional information
Please also provide us with a test order (at least order number) to test the connection.
