The entire customer-facing part of Return Bird is supported in multiple languages.

Customer-facing elements in multi-language

The customer-facing part of Return Bird exists of:

  • Customer Portal

  • Email

  • Documents

Within the Customer Portal, the following elements are supported in multiple languages:

  • Portal content

  • Return Policy descriptions

  • System attributes

  • Custom attributes

  • Carrier descriptions

  • Carrier instructions

Within emails and documents, the following elements are supported in multiple languages:

  • Email subject

  • Document title

  • Body text elements

  • Custom HTML

Languages

The following languages are supported:

Fully supported:

The customer portal is fully translated for these languages:

  • English (default)

  • Dutch

  • French

  • German

  • Danish

  • Spanish

  • Italian

  • Swedish

  • Polish

Partial supported:

You can select these languages to add translations but the customer portal is not translated by default. Full support is planned for January 2021.

  • Finnish

  • Norwegian

Adding another language requires the following setup.
