The return portal now includes a payment gateway where customers can buy a return label. Payment is supported in 2 ways:

The 12Return payment gateway is a free feature. The merchant payment gateway is a paid add-on in the Professional and Enterprise plans.
12Return payment
For each carrier in a route, 12Return defines the costs for the chosen carrier service. This feature is part of the 12Return Managed Returns service and is currently available for the following carrier services.

Merchant payment
For each carrier in a route, you can activate the payment gateway by adding a flat fee label cost for each carrier service in the route. This service is available for all supported carrier services. To use your payment gateway, you need to have an account with Mollie. Merchant payment gateway is a paid add-on in the Professional and Enterprise plans and needs to be activated by our support team.
