The shipcloud return platform exists of 2 products that together cover the connected returns process:

  • Return Bird (frontend: returns)

  • Return Dock (backend: operations, and circularity)

Return Bird

Return Bird is an app used by merchants to manage the customer returns process. Return Bird includes the following modules:

Communication interfaces

Merchant dashboard

Systems and services

  • Hosted portal

  • Return link

  • Create return API

  • Support Desk

  • Support Desk (Classic)

  • OPS Control

  • Settings

  • Integrations

You can access all available modules and use cases through the unified menu bar. Press "Return" to open the menu and explore the use cases. See the detailed structure below.

The second part of the menu bar focuses on use cases related to the logged-in user. Here, you can access the "Change password" process, help pages, and log out from Return Bird.

Furthermore, you can also access all modules via the merchant dashboard.

Please note that the classic support desk is only accessible through the merchant dashboard and not from the menu header bar.

Return Dock

Return dock is an app used by merchants or logistics service providers for the operational returns process in a return center:

  • Is fully integrated with Return Bird

  • Is multi-client and multi-location.

  • Supports an integral returns process.
